The International Free Software Workshop (WSL) is organizing an international conference on Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) that will take place in Porto Alegre, Brazil from 3- 6 July 2013.
The conference will explore the technical, legal, socioeconomic, and cultural aspects of FOSS. It provides professors, researchers, and professionals the opportunity to present and discuss their ideas in relation to the international development of FOSS.
