This workshop will explore the recent changes in intellectual property laws of ASEAN countries. Apart from updates on individual countries and on regional developments, specific topics will include open approaches to IP, IP cooperation, Free Trade Agreements, IP and Asian values, digital copyright, creative commons, IP enforcement and administration, IP in agriculture, geographical indications and traditional knowledge.
