The Master Switch – A New Book by Tim Wu
Professor Tiw Wu from Columbia University law school, popularizer of the concept network neutrality in his paper Network Neutrality, Broadband Discrimination has written recently a new book entitled The Master Switch- The Rise and Fall of Information Empires. The book will be released by KNOPF Publishers on 2 November 2010.
It “offers a history of the industry battles that took place behind the information empires of the twentieth century, and places the current debate over the neutrality of the Internet in historical context”.
