New Free/Open Source Software Law Journal Launches

The first issue of the International Free Open Source Software Law Review is now launched (IFOSS L. Rev.).  The Law Journal aims to increase knowledge and understanding among lawyers about Free and Open Source Software issues. The launch of the IFOSS L. Rev. was announced by the European Legal Network, a professional network of legal experts facilitated by the Freedom Task Force which promotes free software licensing as part of the work of the Free Software Foundation Europe. The first issue looks at the workings of the Fiduciary Licence Agreement, how Peer-to-Patent worked and the implications of recent US appeals court decisions. other issues are also discussed in the first issue. I hope we can have similar reviews in Arabic. To read the full issue, please visit http://www.ifosslr.org/index.php/ifosslr/index
